Where is the salon located, and where do I park?

The address is 310 Madison Ave. S, Suite B, but it can be a little tricky to find. As you approach the address, look for our sign just after the building—it marks the entrance to a small hill that leads down to our parking area. The salon entrance is located up the walkway from there.

All parking underneath the building is available for Firefly Salon clients.

In addition, we have three clearly marked parking spaces in the lot just before our entrance, between our building and Connie Castenello Studio. Look for the Firefly Salon signs along the low concrete wall to find these spots.

What is the cancellation policy?

As a team, we do our best to accommodate all of our clients. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute, it creates a gap in a stylist's schedule that could have been offered to someone on our waitlist. For this reason, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

That said, we understand that unexpected things can happen. If you need to cancel last-minute due to illness or an emergency, please call us—we’re happy to work with you, and you will not be charged for illness-related cancellations.

However, no-call, no-show appointments will always be charged.

Who is accepting new clients?

All of our stylists are highly skilled and passionate about their craft. While some have limited availability, Divina, Emanuel, Lesley, Mae, and Todd are currently welcoming new clients!

Why do I need a consultation if I am new?

We require consultations for new color clients to ensure the best possible results. This gives us a chance to get to know you, understand your hair goals, and discuss your desired color in detail. It also allows us to review your hair history so we can maintain its health throughout the process. Some color transformations take time and careful planning, so a consultation ensures we have the right approach, and enough time to achieve your desired look without feeling rushed.
