For new stylists, Todd and Bronwyn have created an educational system in which all stylists feel confident with anyone who sits down in the chair through an extensive S R Education Cutting curriculum and personalized color classes. An interview and model will be needed if you have five years or more experience.

Experienced Esthetician – Join Our Professional Team!

Are you an experienced, hardworking esthetician looking for a new, supportive environment? We’re seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team! If you take pride in maintaining a clean and professional workspace, delivering exceptional client experiences, and are familiar with or willing to learn the Comfort Zone and Dermalogica skincare line, we want to meet you!

Position: Esthetician

Location: Firefly Salon Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Flexible Mon-Sat

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality skincare services, including facials, waxing, body treatments, and more.

  • Utilize your established clientele to build lasting relationships and grow your practice within our salon.

  • Perform skin analysis and recommend personalized treatments using Comfort Zone and Dermalogica skincare products (training can be arranged if needed).

  • Ensure all treatments are performed with the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.

  • Keep up to date with the latest skincare trends and techniques.

  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and overall spa space to meet cleanliness and safety standards.

  • Provide personalized skincare advice and product recommendations to clients.

  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a harmonious and productive environment.

  • Maintain an active social media account to attract new customers

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed esthetician (State Certification required).

  • Experience with or willingness to learn Comfort Zone and Dermalogica skincare products.

  • Strong knowledge of a variety of skincare treatments and techniques.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.

  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

  • Dedication to maintaining an active social media presence to attract clientele

  • Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with trends and new techniques

  • Several years experience and established clientele preferred, but we are willing to work with the right motivated individual
